15. ห้ามบันทึกภาพและเสียงระหว่างหัตถการ (Prohibition of Audio/Video Recording)
ห้ามติดตั้งกล้องแอบถ่าย หรือบันทึกภาพและเสียงในระหว่างช่วงเวลาทำทรีตเมนต์ เพื่อพิทักษ์ความเป็นส่วนตัวและสมาธิจิต
No audio, video, or hidden recording devices are permitted within the treatment sanctuary during active sessions.
16. การเปิดเผยประวัติสุขภาพอย่างซื่อสัตย์ (Mandatory Health Disclosure)
ผู้รับการดูแลต้องแจ้งประวัติการผ่าตัด โรคหัวใจ การใส่ขดลวด หรือภาวะลิ่มเลือดอุดตันให้ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนเริ่มโปรแกรม
Clients are legally obligated to disclose complete histories of surgeries, cardiovascular conditions, stents, or thrombosis prior to session commencement.
17. การห้ามใช้สารเสพติดและแอลกอฮอล์ (Zero Tolerance for Substance Intoxication)
ห้ามมิให้ผู้รับการดูแลอยู่ในสภาวะมึนเมาสุรา สารเสพติด หรือยาที่มีฤทธิ์กดประสาทรุนแรงในระหว่างการรับหัตถการ
Sessions will not proceed if the client is under the active influence of alcohol, illicit substances, or unprescribed narcotics.
18. เหตุสุดวิสัยและการเลื่อนกำหนดการ (Force Majeure & Rescheduling Rights)
กรณีเกิดภัยพิบัติ สงคราม ความไม่สงบ หรือเที่ยวบินถูกยกเลิก สามารถเลื่อนกำหนดการได้ภายใน 12 เดือน โดยไม่คิดค่าปรับ
In the event of natural disasters, armed conflict, civil unrest, or grounded flights, services may be rescheduled within 12 months without penalty.
19. นโยบายการเดินทางและการพักผ่อน (Mandatory Rest & Recovery Windows)
กรณีเดินทางข้ามโซนเวลา ต้องจัดให้มีช่วงเวลาพักผ่อนปรับสภาพร่างกาย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเริ่มการลงหัตถการวันแรก
Long-haul international travel spanning multiple time zones requires a mandatory 24-hour acclimatization window prior to the first active session.
20. ความเป็นอิสระทางจิตวิญญาณและความเชื่อ (Spiritual Sovereignty & Mutual Respect)
การอธิษฐานจิตและการแผ่เมตตาตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานความเมตตาสากล โดยเคารพในเสรีภาพทางศาสนาและความเชื่อส่วนบุคคลของผู้รับการดูแล
Spiritual intentions and Metta projections operate under universal loving-kindness, fully respecting the personal religious convictions of the client.
21. ความคุ้มครองผู้ติดตามและทีมงาน (Security Protocol for Personal Assistants)
กรณีครูมีผู้ติดตามหรือผู้ช่วยจัดเตรียมสมุนไพร ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องให้ความคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยและจัดที่พักที่เหมาะสมเช่นเดียวกัน
If Kru Namngern is accompanied by an authorized assistant or herbal preparer, equivalent travel safety and lodging provisions must be extended.
22. การยุติสัญญาด้วยความยินยอมร่วมกัน (Mutual Amicable Termination)
หากทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องว่าสภาวะร่างกายไม่เอื้อต่อการทำหัตถการต่อ สามารถยุติสัญญาและคิดค่าใช้จ่ายตามสัดส่วนวันที่เกิดขึ้นจริง
Should both parties mutually determine that health conditions preclude continuation, the contract may be settled pro-rata for completed days.
23. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและเขตอำนาจศาล (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
สัญญานี้อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับใช้ของกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, under the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
24. ความสมบูรณ์ของข้อตกลงทั้งหมด (Entire Agreement & Binding Covenant)
ข้อกำหนดทั้ง 24 ข้อนี้ถือเป็นข้อตกลงที่สมบูรณ์และผูกพันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่าย การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมต้องทำเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรเท่านั้น
